NEW MEMBER ID CARDS FOR 2024

On January 1, 2024, Meridian Medicaid Plan will begin using a new group to take care of all pharmacy needs. All members will receive new member ID cards by the end of this year. You may have already gotten yours in the mail.

Please continue to use your current member ID cards until December 31, 2023. You will be able to use your new ID cards beginning on January 1, 2024.
