OFFICES CAN EXPECT MEDICAL RECORD REQUESTS UNTIL MAY

The Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®) hybrid season is an opportunity to identify additional services* that may not have been captured through your patients’ claims.

Meridian has partnered with two vendors, CIOX (Datavent), and Datafied, to assist with medical records retrieval. From now until May, your office can expect medical record requests via fax or mail, requests for remote electronic medical record (EMR) access, and phone call outreaches to confirm receipt of medical record requests and ensure timely responses.
